The unified employee file

One window per employee instead of separate edit and profile windows: it opens on their summary, and you edit any part in its own tab.

Adding an employee with all their details

  • One window with the basics, role, work, ID and contract — plus salary and bank for users with payroll permission.
  • After saving, their file opens on the summary, with the activation link ready to send.
  • In our measurement, adding an employee with full details went from 8 clicks to 3.
  • Quick add and importing employees from Excel remain as they are.

Privacy and permissions

  • Salary, bank, IBAN and hourly cost are shown and sent only to users with payroll permission.
  • Saving sends only what changed; with no change, nothing is sent.
  • Deleting an employee is for the account owner.

Documents

Each employee’s documents are in their file, with an alert before they expire.

Frequently asked questions

Did anyone’s permissions change?

No. The unified file is a new interface only; permissions are the same.

Who sees the salary in the file?

Only users with payroll permission; others see the file without financial fields.

Where do I find the employee file?

From the employee list, their card, or search — it opens on the summary. “Edit” opens it on the details tab.
