How to install the Hudoori app and check in

Your company invited you to use Hudoori. These steps set up your phone in minutes.

Activate the app the first time

  1. Open the invitation link your company sent you (WhatsApp or SMS).
  2. Choose your language at the top of the screen.
  3. Type the activation code from the invitation message.
  4. Tap “Activate on this phone”. Your account is linked to this phone only.

Add it to your phone

  1. Android: in the app open Settings ⚙️ → “Move my account to the Android app” → “Download app” → install it and type the code shown.
  2. The Android app adds fingerprint and automatic check-in on arrival.
  3. iPhone: in the browser tap Share ⬆ → “Add to Home Screen”.

Check in and check out

  1. On the Home screen tap “Check in”.
  2. Wait a few seconds for your exact location and keep the screen on. You must be inside your work site.
  3. Your company may ask for your fingerprint or a selfie.
  4. “Done successfully” appears with the time. At the end of your shift tap “Check out” the same way.

Make sure notifications arrive

  1. Phone Settings → Apps → Hudoori → Notifications: turn them on and set importance to high.
  2. In Battery, choose “Unrestricted”.
  3. iPhone: add the app to your Home Screen first (iOS 16.4 or later).

Your privacy

  1. Location is recorded during working hours only — it starts at check-in and stops at check-out.
  2. Only your manager and your company’s administration can see it.

Changed your phone or have a problem? Ask your company’s administration for a new activation code.
