Before you ask
Do I need a fingerprint device or any hardware?
No. Employees check in from their phones, and Hudoori only accepts check-ins inside the work site's boundary with a live camera photo.
Which phones does it work on?
Employees get an Android app, and it also runs in the phone's browser as a web app. The manager dashboard works in any browser on a computer or phone.
How long does it take to set up my company?
Minutes. We open your account, then you add your employees or import them from Excel, and each one gets an activation link on WhatsApp.
Does it track employees' location all the time?
No. Tracking happens during working hours only. Employees see and accept the privacy notice, and can request a copy or correction of their data.
I have more than one branch or company
Hudoori supports multiple work sites per company and, depending on the plan, multiple companies in one account — with users at different permission levels.
What happens after the trial ends?

How is a custom plan priced?

Can I change my plan later?
Yes — add employees or features, or switch plans at any time, and your data stays as it is.
What if the internet drops at the site?
The app saves attendance and locations on the phone and sends them when the connection returns, with the correct time.
Does it suit large companies?
Yes — up to thousands of employees across several companies and branches, with users and permissions for each manager. For very large accounts we set up dedicated capacity.
Is our data safe?
Connections are encrypted, each company is isolated from the others in the database, and an encrypted backup is taken daily off the server. Your data belongs to your company — we never sell or share it.
Privacy & data protection
- Your company's and employees' data belongs to your company. Hudoori stores and processes it only to provide the service, and never sells or shares it.
- The app shows your employees the privacy notice and records their consent, and every employee can request a copy, correction or deletion of their data.
- When your subscription ends, you receive a copy of your data and then it is deleted.
