HudooriDelete account and data
Your Hudoori account is created by your company. You can request deletion of your account and data in either of the ways below.

Option 1: from the app
- Open Hudoori ← Settings ← «My data and privacy».
- Under «Request correction or deletion» choose «Delete my data», add a reason if you like, then send it.
- Your request reaches your company's management, and you see their reply on the same page.
Option 2: contact us
- Send to sales@ksa-erp.com or WhatsApp 966575993880 from the phone registered in your account: your name, your company's name, and «delete my account».
- We verify your identity with your company, carry out the request within 30 days, and inform you of the result.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: your sign-in and device link, your reference and check-in photos, chats and voice messages, your location during work hours, and the notification token.
- May be kept for a limited period: attendance and payroll records and official documents that labor law requires your company to keep; they are deleted when that period ends and used for nothing else.
- When your employment ends or your company's subscription is cancelled, data is deleted automatically after the retention period.
